Writing
I write in public, mostly on LinkedIn. The throughline is the shift from product manager to builder: what changes when the person deciding what to build can also build it, and how teams bring AI into that work without losing the plot.
Recurring themes:
- The PM to builder shift, and where it helps or turns into shadow IT.
- AI governance that keeps generation reviewable: Claude generates, your team decides.
- Concrete n8n and Claude Code patterns from real work.
- RAG applied to actual knowledge bases, not demos.
- Measuring outcome over output, when "hours spent" is still the default metric.
A proper archive lives here later. For now, the writing itself is on LinkedIn.
