I'm a fractional product manager and an AI builder. I work with founders, scaleups and enterprises who need senior product depth without adding a full-time hire, and I ship the software to back it.
How I work
As a fractional PM, I cover discovery, roadmap and priorities, plus the part most people skip: giving developers a process that holds, and helping them grow into real product owners.
As a builder, I ship real products with AI-assisted development, and design automation with n8n and RAG that turns manual, repetitive work into processes that run on their own.

Building
Alongside client work I maintain Tierward, an open-source scaffold I created to help product managers and developers adopt AI-assisted coding without losing control of it. Teams adopt it tier by tier, from a light setup to a fully governed pipeline, with the guardrails built in from the start: mechanical stop-gates that won't mark a task done until the tests pass, a set of audit skills, and an MCP server that exposes the project's governance state to any AI-aware client.
It runs on Claude Code and supports 11 tech stacks across four tiers. The principle stays simple: Claude generates, your team decides.
