Fractional Product Management · Milan and remote
Senior product leadership without hiring full-time straight away
When a product grows, the roadmap gets longer and requests come from every direction, the issue is rarely a lack of ideas. What is missing is someone to connect priorities, evidence and decisions. I join the team as a fractional product manager, working from Milan, on-site or remotely, with enough time to set the product back on the right course.
When the roadmap is no longer enough
A full backlog is not a strategy. If no one can explain why one thing comes before another, the team ends up shipping a lot and learning little.
I start with the problem and the outcome that matter. We make users, constraints and available data clear, turn hypotheses into testable choices, and give the roadmap explicit criteria. The work does not stay with me: I leave the team with structures and processes to make decisions more independently.
From the problem to decisions the team can stand behind
Fractional product leadership is useful when you need product depth, not an outside person adding meetings. I work with founders, engineering, design and business to make trade-offs, responsibilities and what not to build explicit.
Discovery, scoping, priorities, roadmap and releases become parts of the same work. The aim is to reach decisions the team understands, executes and can revisit when the evidence changes.
Two contexts where I worked this way
At Facile.it, I moved from QA to the company’s first Product Manager, building the product function and designing a B2B platform for more than 300 collaborators in the consumer-credit brokerage network. The workflow reached 80% adoption in two months, generated +25% conversion on proposals and around 150,000 euro in annual savings. Read the Facile.it case study.
At Testbusters, as eCommerce Digital PM, I led the progressive replatforming of four eCommerce stores. The work brought funnel choices, data, SEO and operational autonomy back together, with +27% conversion YoY and -34% cart abandonment. Read the Testbusters case study.
Start with the problem slowing the product down
If the roadmap is growing but decisions remain fragile, a call helps identify where the connection between problem, priorities and delivery has broken down. In 60 minutes, we will make the context and the first working hypotheses clear.
